A super unique one-shot that prompts players to do a lot of creative and deep thinking about both human motivations and the injustices perpetuated on a daily basis by the criminal justice system. The randomization and countless possible game trajectories mean I would definitely play this game again. Very helpful playbook/player safety parameters as well.
This game was so much fun to play! The interactions between the GM and player allowed for a lot of interesting improvisation, and the player-player questioning was really helpful in understanding player motivations. The mechanics for objections and introducing evidence were well thought out and worked well in forwarding the game. The layout, design, and art are also amazing!
This is an incredible game!! So much fun and really interesting and interactive. Players got a role in shaping the story in very unique ways for an RPG.
This is an incredible game, Dominique. There is so much emotion and careful thought put into this game and it’s done in a highly effective way. The layout design and art are evocative and the questions presented are thought provoking. I especially liked the designer’s statement at the end. Thank you for creating this excellent game!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
I'd like to hear a little more about what sort of game this is before shelling out 5 dollars for it. It's not clear how there can be interactive roles for 4-6 players.
